What are some important issues facing our world today that I could write about?

Discrimination, mostly against beliefs, sexuality, and race. With all the gay suicides, the drug wars, the racial hate all that or you could do how the media is changing our thought process, how everything is driven by the want for more money with things like apple and jersey shore the war in iraq and how it makes muslim americans feel how jersey shore makes italian americans feel the way society is changing and being a pregnant teen and doing drugs is glamorized, things like that. Bullying. Thats been talked about a lot lately in shows like tyra and ellen its a big issue and ppl commit suicide bcuz of it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
