You could make a whole series of fruit charms, starting with grapes -- an apple, orange, slice of watermelon, etc. would make a nice set of wine charms. If she has any hobbies you could incorporate tokens that represent her favorite interests -- different flowers if she likes gardening, or cookies, cupcakes, and pastries if she likes to bake. If I could make a suggestion I'd recommend using wire for attaching the charms to the wine glass stems -- even a small "hoop" earring loop would be easier than tying ribbon, and also be easier to keep clean.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
