Not if it is smoked naturally - smoke doesn't contain gluten and neither does tofu.

Probably not... tofu is made from soybeans... so there should not be any gluten involved... but always check the ingredient label prior to buying.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
