Wild edible plants are the ultimate in seasonal, local and sustainable produce. Fossil fuels are not expended to till the soil, sow seeds or harvest them, neither are fertilisers, herbicides or insecticides used to sustain them or to promote their growth. As well as being less harmful to the planetary ecosystem, there are health benefits too.
Seasonal food matches the bodys needs. For example the leafy greens that arise in spring are good for renewal after the winter, and clean out the digestive tract. Many wild plants have higher levels of nutrients than domestic varieties as by cultivating them for size, productivity or particular flavours we may have bred out the nutrition and in many cases watered down the flavour.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
