Get official, previously administered tests I took the LSAT in 7.503. The best tip I received was to take as many actual LSATs as possible. They're available from Amazon or from lsac.org.

Take more than you think you'll need to take. Give yourself more time than you think you'll need. Beyond that, I found Richard Montauk's How to Get Into the Top Law Schools helpful.

Anna Ivey's The Ivey Guide to Law School Admissions is very good. Both books have a larger scope than just the LSAT--they're about the admissions process generally. But they're a good reminder of the importance of that test.

The Powerscore Bibles are a good resource. Once you've taken some real practice LSATs and determined your strengths and weaknesses, the Powerscore books could help you focus your studying, working on particular subjects, game types, etc. If you have the time and the money to take a prep course, I recommend Testmasters (http://www.testmasters180.com). It's a good investment for a lot of people, though not for everyone.

There is no good books. I think that your time and money would be much better spent if you study for the exam itself rather than for the writing part. The writing part does not affect your score and most schools don't even look at it.

I am sure that if you had taken English composition classes in college (which I think all of us are required to do) then you will be fine. The reason that your writing part does not really matter is because writing is law school is completely different. You cannot imagine how different it is but even if you are an English major with a 4.0 you will find that writing in law school is totally new and different.

You will get your first paper back with marks all over it. Each sentence is questioned for its validity. Each punctuation mark is questioned for its correctness.So, seeing how different writing in law school is from writing on the LSAT, I think you should focus on getting a good score.

That doesn't mean that you can't practice writing out answers to some of the questions from previous exams. But again, do not focus so much on this part as it will be a waste of your time if you do not do well on the main part of the exam. I hope you get in to the school of your choice.

Powerscore's LSAT Logic Games Bible If you’re like most, then the section you’ll have the most difficulty with is the logic games section. What you should do is learn the strategies and then practice applying them over and over again. This book, plus one or two of the books of 10 real LSAT exams to practice with, should help.

I didn’t attend a class and I was able to raise my score about 5 points just by practicing logic games. Since then I have become a part-time LSAT instructor, and in retrospect I wish I had spent some time learning the strategies to the other sections. I definitely could have raised my score some more.

Thus, while I suggest focusing on the section(s) that you struggle with the most, you should buy a book or two that cover strategies for the rest of the test. Hopefully someone else will have some good recommendations. They're all great, but be sure to get the official prep tests. I just got done studying for and taking the LSAT, and I used 4 different kinds of books. They all do a great job, but in my experience some were better than others.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
