What are the dates of travel for the European and Ghanaian delegates?

This year, the the delegates from the Netherlands will arrive on Saturday, October 16, 2010, and will depart from Dulles International airport on Saturday afternoon, October 30, 2010. The delgates from Ghana will typically arrive on the first Friday in October, and will depart two weeks later on Saturday afternoon or evening.
