My son is 6. He takes Adderall in the AM to help him focus in school -- however, we are finding out that its not helping as much as it should be. Hes not focusing in school.... But were working on it.

He also takes Tenex and Remeron at night time. Both to help calm him for the night, and to help him sleep. He can go with the Adderall , however, you can tell the difference when he doesn't have it.

He is much more hyper. However, without the night time medicine, he will not sleep at all. Seriously.

Its horrible. I do wish they would try to come up with a med that can help him sleep, and stay focused. I hate giving him 3 meds during the day, but I understand the consequences without it.

And I think with any medical condition --- If you skip a dose, its like havoc has been let loose. Whether its ADD or ADHD, or diabetes, or a heart condition. I don't think that would ever change.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
