The best way to fight against things like anxiety is to work on organizing your life. -Start a journal -Make "To Do" Lists -Remind yourself each day that you are doing awesome! -Give yourself positive mental messages -Listen to the band "twenty-one pilots"; they're music is directed towards helping people with anxiety understand they are not alone.
Their best album is "Vessel" Remember the good things in life, take time to be grateful for what you have, reach out to friends and family for guidance. There are so many ways to help. Just remember that you are amazing, and that you are doing a good job fighting this battle.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
