Whereas an alkaline will turn red litmus paper blue.

If it I an acid, it will turn the paper read or the color of fanciful romantic expectations!

I don't know why you ask this question. Any book on Elementary Chemistry will tell you that acid turns litmus red and alkali will turn it blue. It will be purple in neutral condition.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
