All editions of MacSpeech Dictate (including Legal, Medical, and International) provide a preference to allow the user to disable "Auto Cache" in Microsoft Word or TextEdit. To adjust your preferences, choose Dictate -> Preferences... and then click Dictation. The dialog will look like the image below.
Uncheck the box next to "Microsoft Word". I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
