What do I need to link up to the internet using a wireless connector? Like a personal Hotspot (WiFi) devices?

Under Windows it can be a bit of a hit and miss exercise depending n your hardware but ive also used connectify.me successfully when I still carries around a Wndows laptop. Uder OsX you can share the connection under System Preferences-> Sharing -> internet Sharing- Select the USB Dongle as the source and Airport Wireless as the Share via (you can share over Cable as well if you wanted to).

It's very easy just use Samsung Easy Settings software.
