I think he was referring to his teleprompter. It tells him what to tell everyone else. He has a hard time with "free speech", but at least he can "read".

Exactly what has God got to do with global warming, according to the Bible he put us on this earth and gave us free will and more than once tells us that it is our duty to protect the earth, it's animals and it's people.
