What do you think of the book: Quantum Physics and Theology: An Unexpected Kinship?

I think that this book is very accessable to non-technical readers. I was most interested in the discussion of a unified theory. I have done a bit of reading on Einstein and his friend Godel.

And I think that Einstein understood that science and theology were in a certain relationship. I was glad to see here a good discussion of the fact that there really is a "kinship" rather than an enmity between the two. I like the idea that both deal in truth.

I do not agree that the search for a unified theory is impossible or necessarily "will take the enquirer in the direction of religious belief. " I think, rather, that the two paths are not mutually exclusive. Overall, I thought it was a very thoughtful discussion and it led me to this, which might also be of interest to you:faith-theology.blogspot.com/2008/03/theo... would like to see more from Polkinghorne because I think more discussion is needed on this topic.
