A lupus rash looks like a butterfly. The rash comes down the nose and across the front part of the cheeks in the shape of a butterfly. The rash can be show up as a fine rash, or even pimple like in appearance.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
