No, but facial tattoos are pretty stupid unless you already have a career lined up that you're guaranteed to be able to work for life with such a tattoo, such as if you're in a band, or are a tattoo artist, or have some other skill set which will prevent people from basing your skill on your appearance. Also, your parents are likely to react by forcing you to go to church even more, subjecting you to counseling, and suing who ever tattooed you under age with out parental consent, and likely forcing you to go through the painful removal process. My advice, suffer through church until you are old enough to leave your parents house and stop following their rules, get a job, if you're secure in a career that won't be affected by such a tattoo get it, otherwise get it in a more socially acceptable place, such as your back, arm, or chest.
