You can get a 2.5 inch SATA enclosure and remove the disk from the laptop. I'm not familiar with Lenovo laptops but Google your model number and how to remove HDD. Connect the HDD to another PC.
Remove some of your personal files on that HDD. Go to F:\Users\(the name of your user account). (Replace F:\ with whatever letter your Lenovo HDD appears as.) Once you have about 20-30GB on the disk, put it back in the laptop and run recovery again.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
