What does look and feel (java swing) mean?

You can change the L&F of your Java applications, read about it in the tutorials. Read about L&F in general at Wikipedia.

To directly quote the Sun tutorials: "Look" refers to the appearance of GUI widgets (more formally, JComponents) and "feel" refers to the way the widgets behave.

Others have said it is a way to change the way your program looks and feel. To demonstrate, go to java.sun.com/javase/technologies/desktop... and launch "The SwingSet Demo" (requires Java installed). In the menu under "Look & Feel" several options exist that allows you to choose between different Look and Feels included with the default Java installation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
