What does When You Come by Maya Angelou?

When you come to me, unbidden Beckoning me To long-ago rooms Where memories lie Offering me, as to a child, an attic Gatherings of days too few Baubles of stolen kisses Trinkets of borrowed loves Trunks of secret words I CRY I think it means that a long ago love appears to her either in her day or night dreams--or maybe even in real life--and conjures up memories of their too fleeting time together....of shared time and kisses and words between just the two of them... and the power of those memories breaks her heart.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
