What ever happened to the girl Monica Quartermaine adopted from Honduras back in the 80s?

I'm probably not the best person to answer this, because I am not experienced in General Hospital but Monica Quartermaine adopted a boy and a girl, but there is no mention of if the girl (Emily) is Honduran. I'm Pretty sure she's not the one you're looking for.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
