I'm a big fan of Catfish and Swordfish if Tilapia's not available... I've found that if you're not a big fan of fish in general, but you like Tilapia, you should give Swordfish or Catfish a try. And by Catfish I do not mean fried. Try it cajun style or blackened.As for Tilapia, if you've ever been to a Red Lobster, try their Tilapia in a bag.
