It depends on which state you are in. Generally speaking, the age of majority in the United States is eighteen (18), but there is at least one state where the age of majority is twenty-one (21). BUT, in all states, the maximum age of consent is not over 18, meaning that at 18, you can have sex with anyone else is 18 and over and they will not go to jail for statutory rape.

So yes, you are old enough to date and to have sex. Although your family may be happy for you, I don't think your dad is. Perhaps you should wait for sex until after you are married.

There isn't one. Nowhere in the USA is there any law about who you can date, based on their ages. There is an "Age of consent" law in every State in the USA, which varies from 16 to 18 depending on State, and which restricts at what age you can legally have sex.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
