What does it mean when the guy you have been having constant stares with in class suddenly sits next to you with his back faced toward you and laughs really loud with people then turns to you?

He's trying to get your attention and he wants you to ask him why he's laughing.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
