What happens to an ice cubes particles when the ice cube is melting?

Not sure what is meant by "particles Ice is the solid form of water. Water has a property that it does not change volume when it changes from solid to liquid. So, when the ice melts, the water level does not change.So, the ice cube melts and reduces in size until it completely melts into liquid form.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
