What is in Wok Oil?

Maybe you have a special brand but most oils used in Asian cooking are canola oil based. This is a fairly neutral oil. Peanut oil is quite aromatic and maybe that is what you are using or it has a strong peanut component.

However peanut oil is high in saturated fats. The second most likely is sesame oil - it too is aromatic. Personally I like to use a mix of canola and chilli flavoured sesame oil.

Its not so bad for you and the sesame and chilli is a nice blend of tasty and spicy. I've also used a chilli flavoured olive oil. Its lighter and not so highly flavoured.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
