What is it like working through Jack Roush?

One of the things that endears Jack to Ford is that Ford and Roush are about teamwork. As I talk with Jack, it's not about an individual or a single personality or what Jack did or didn't do. It's about the preparation and the excellence of an entire team.

So I think last year was one of those years. ... I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
