What is serial killer rapist?

A person that commits a series of rapes over a period of days, months or years. Similar to a serial killer with a 'cooling off' period before the next rape. In fact some serial rapists evolve into serial killers, needing higher levels of violence to achieve the same satisfaction.

Ted Bundy raped at least one victim before moving on the murder. Paul Bernardo, Canada's Ken and Barbie killer was a serial rapist before teaming with his wife Karla to abduct young girls for rape, torture and finally murder.
