A tetralogy of fallot is a congenital heart defect that happens in children at birth. It is where the pulmonary artery is too small, the pulmonary valve does not work and has to be taken out and rerouted or it will need to be replaced. It is also where there would be an atrial septal defect and a ventricular septal defect.It is the disease from the old days that is called blue baby.
