This is both in terms of the inter-house distance in the development, and the number of developments per land area they are putting in. It is currently just the beginning and will get more and more crowded..

Downtown Kirkland or Snoqualmie Ridge For young, single, choose downtown Kirkland. Lots of new condos being built. Great living by the lake and a good singles scene.

For family, Snoqualmie Ridge in Snoqualmie. Beautiful area, close to the trails, pass, skiing, decent new schools.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
