What is the best way to punish a child with positive reinforcement rather than negativity?

For me. My punishment for my kid is doing the chores but I never ground them. I can make them go to grocery stores and help me in cooking dinner cleaning the house and of course you still need to reward them so that they won't feel that it's a burden for them to do those things.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
