What is the difference between winrar and iso file?

I take it that you want to know the difference b/w . Rar files adn . Iso files.

Here is wht both of thjem are: . RAR: It is an extention of a file in compressed format. You can use "Winrar" or "Winzip" to uncompress and and extract data from these files andn vice versa.

. ISO: It is an extension of an image file. An image and a bundle of different parts of a huge application/Game/movie etc. You can create an image file and burn it in a disk.

You can even mount an image on the PC with several tools like Daemon tools, MagiDisk etc and that will save you the cost of a disk and the labour or burnuing it to a disk, It will create a virtual drive and your .
