What is the least amount of money you can put on a AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS gift card?

A lot of stores only offer an in-store credit rather than a refund, it's absolutely ridiculous. You probably won't get a cash refund. But, maybe you could trade it with one of your friends who like American Eagle?

Or you could buy like underwear or bras in the store, nobody will see them anyways, I think, so you could just buy those things. They have some pretty cute bras and underwear there, even if preppy isn't your style. Good luck :).
