Really the song actually is about Bella and yes how edward cannot read her mind, but its more than jst that or about how hes vampire and shes human its basically about the tension and confusion between the 2 because how they are so different and completely opposites but they are putting the simple facts aside because of the curiousity and invisible love (in the beginning) draws them to each other the it might kill me, I want it to be true' is saying she doesn't care hes a vampire, and she wants wat she feels for him to be true.. because her being around him so often is dangerous bcus of how much he likes her blood...because bfor that line.. she says 'there is somthing I see in you' what she sees in him is the yern for her blood!
