What is the one thing that annoys you about your co-workers?

One thing that I don't like and I have come across a lot in life and that's a colleague electing themselves boss and not being part of the team.

Gossip. I abhor gossip. I have been in staff meetings and whenever a name of a person comes up--someone goes off on that person.

I finally looked at my two bosses and said, "You two don't like anyone, do you? " That stopped it for a while but it is an uphill battle.

When the complain all the time about doing the work they signed up for in the first place!

There are so many annoying things but the one that stands out is the self-importance. Some of them fee that they are so important and above other employees. That is disgusting as we are supposed to work as a team.

False pride takes you nowhere.

When some are hypocrite and self-centered. Team work wins all but they don't know that.

A couple of them think that they are a gift to this world and nothing they do is ever wrong.

Sometimes I'm tired and just want to be quiet in my corner, but they insist on wanting to talk ...

Glad I don't have to go through that shizzle anymore...... but used to loathe the small talk...... the 'I've been working here for 50 zillion years so Im better than you bs'...... the analingus aka butt licking...... falseties..... niceties...... fakeness.... the workplace air........... EVERYTHING. Boy am I glad I am OUTTA there! :)))))).

The fact that I don't have any right now is really annoying.

Nonproductive and jealousy, couple with laziness.

Mostly being unoriginal and lacking ambition.

One thing that annoys me that they talk on the phone at the top of their voice. I really don't want to hear about their gf/bf or wife/husband problem or fights!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
