What is this Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 equivalent to as far as like Nvidia 128 or 256mb Video card?

It's not nearly as good as one of the NVidia video cards you describe. I believe in most cases Intel Integrated graphics will share your system memory for displaying video, whereas separate video cards have their own dedicated onboard video memory. More.
