What is your favorite love song regardless of genre?

"For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her" by Simon and Garfunkel. Favorite line "And when I woke and felt you warm and near, I kissed your honey hair with my grateful tears." Best love song with attitude?

"Got You (Where I Want You)" by the Flys. "Well, I think you're smart, you sweet thing...tell me your name, I'm dying here..." But the VERY BEST LOVE SONG EVER? Hands down, no doubt, Bob Marley's "One Love!

There are so many great love songs, Air Supply has so many, REO Speedwagon has some great ones, I think my most favorite of all time is Just Once .. by James Ingram. I could Listen to that song forever...

The Byrds – Here Without You Daytime just makes me feel lonely At night I can only dream about you Girl, you're on my mind nearly all of the time It's so hard being here without you Words in my head keep repeating things that you said Wen I was with you And I wonder is it true do you feel the same way too It's so hard being here without you, being here without you Though I know it won't last I'll see you some day It seems as though that the day will come never But there's one thing I'll swear though you're far away I'll be thinking about you forever The streets that I walk on depress me The ones that were happy when I was with you Still with all the friends I know and with all the things I do It's so hard being here without you being here without you.

My brother had a Tesla cassette tape when I was a little girl and I loved listen to this 'Love Song' over and over again. I've always been partial to the song. It's been very important to me in my life.

When my son was a wee babies|baby, I used to hold him on the porch swing outside at night. I would sing 'Love Song' to him as he went to sleep. I don't really know why, but I just really adore the song. It's mellow and my son would love to fall asleep to it.

I still to this day adore the song, even in it's entire 8 minutes. So many love songs make me sad or feel bad. This one makes me happy and hopeful.

If I have another child, I'll probably sing it to her/him at night too.

Love songs… wow, so many to choose from over the years. There are many love songs in my past that when I hear them, it makes me think of someone I was with at the time and in love. So usually the song makes me very sad because I don’t have that anymore.

I do have a couple that I don’t have a link to anyone though. One my most recent favorite artists is Adam Lambert. He may be a little over the top, but I love his songs and he’s not bad to look at either.

One of his songs, “If I Had You” has a great beat to it and the lyrics to me make it a love song. €œBut if I had you, that would be the only thing I'd ever need Yeah if I had you, then money fame and fortune never could compete If I had you, life would be a party, it'd be ecstasy Yeah if I had you. €œ I also consider another one of his songs a love song because you can take the lyrics many different ways: “Time for Miracles.

€ “It's late at night and I can't sleep Missing you just runs too deep Oh I can't breathe thinking of your smile Every kiss I can't forget This aching heart ain't broken yet Oh God I wish I could make you see Cuz I know this flame isn't dying So nothing can stop me from trying”.

Usually not a big fan of love songs because they all seem too depressing or too cheesy to me; but I have to say I am obsessed with The End of Heartache by Killswitch Engage. It just amps you up and puts you in an awesome mood!

There are so many songs that bring chills to me and many that bring tears to my eyes. This is Rascal Flatts "Bless the Broken Road. " I love this song, and if you really sit and listen to the words, the song has so much meaning. To me, it means everything that has happened in your life thus far, has lead to where you are today.

You may have experienced break up or heart ache and rough times. But thank goodness each thing happened as it had or you would not be in the place in your life that you are currently in. I can listen to this song over and over and it always brings tears to my eyes.

Just one of my absolute favorites! youtube.com/watch?v=kkWGwY5nq7A.

Love songs, romance novels, romantic comedy movies - none of these have ever been my thing. Any love songs I really like - most likely aren't because of the topic, but rather because of the flow of the song, the genre, or the overall sound. Right now, I’m in a hip-hop/R&B and techno/electronic sort of phase.

Current favourites: 1. Number 1 by Tinchy Stryder ft N-Dubz Though the original song is alright, I’m accustomed to hearing the remix from the Clubland 15 CD, so the original sounds slow and boring to me. Here it is (the remix version – the original, and a video, are out there if you care to find them!) ...and yes, I realize some might not consider this a “love song” – too bad.

€œSee, I don’t understand how you’re number one When it was just a fling before, now, you’re the one See, all I did was blink twice From my homie, to my only Number 1” youtube.com/watch?v=sLbTu8PV3fg 2. SURPRISE another song from the Clubland series! This one is from Clubland 17 – it’s called “Nothin’ on you” by Jason Born”.

€œBeautiful girls, all over the world, I could be chasin, But my time would be wasted, They got nothin’ on you They might say hi And I might say hey But it doesn’t matter, about what we say Cuz they got nothin’ on you baby” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6jj-EeF3sw 3. Whether this song could be considered a love song is also arguable, but I LOVE the song – Armin Van Buuren Ft Sharon Den Adel – In and Out of Love... I LOVE Sharon’s voice! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxvpctgU_s8 Enjoy!

Whew! I have a lot of favorite love songs. But I had to do I quick shuffle on my iPod to pick the first two that came up.

*’’ Endless love’’ by Diana Ross and Lionel Richie. This was one of the songs on my wedding reception playlist and one of my best love songs. I have heard it sung by so many artists, such as late Luther Vandross and Mariah Carey, and it always comes out as strong as ever.

youtube.com/watch?v=qnfwnOp6uek&feature=... *’’ You’re still the one’’ by Shania Twain. If you have listened to this song and taken note of the lyrics you would understand why I have it as one of my best. My friend sang a duet with her husband on their wedding anniversary and it brought tears to many eyes.

Nice love song. youtube.com/watch?v=2ZBoctTeeRQ.

My favorite love song would have to be "Sumthin Sumthin (Mellosmoothe Mix)" by Maxwell. It's a slowed-down version of the uptempo song "Sumthin Sumthin", which was a single on his debut album "Urban Hang Suite". This song was featured in the movie "Love Jones" and also appeared on the soundtrack, which I owned and played to death. It's just the smoothest, most sensual song I've ever heard in my entire life and it manages to be seductive without using any blatantly sexual lyrics.

The music has a contemporary jazz sound and Maxwell sings the entire song in falsetto. I still get the shivers when I hear it played. If I ever get the chance to hear this song performed live, I think I could die happy.

I have many favorite love songs from past to present. Some of them are love duets but one ultimately stands out among the rest. I like the song of Steven Curtis Chapman entitled "I Will Be Here".

The lyrics seems to talk to me. I am touched by this song, I feel at peace and less worried whenever I listen to this song. First I think of my boyfriend (now my hubby) singing this song for me and at times, I thought of this as Jesus singing The lyrics are great and it is so touching.

I am the type of person who tends to worry easily and this song helps me not to worry too much. That no matter what happens and no matter how many times I have failed I can always count on someone to help me through my darkest hours.

By Taylor Swift. It’s a little young for me, but it brings back so many memories of young love, and the way I felt when I first met my husband. With young love, things are so fresh and happy, and it’s like your world has been transformed into this magical place overnight.

Whenever I hear it on the radio in my car, I roll up all of the windows, hit the volume button and sing like I’m auditioning for American Idol! To top it all off, I do little dances along with the beat of the song. My husband and I both love the song, and there have been times when the both of us have danced around the house with it blaring from the iPod dock (yes, I have it on my iPod, too).

A lot of other love songs feel slow and make me feel more depressed than in love, so “Our Song It is!

I know exactly what you mean about having too many favorites, this is one reason I like to keep the radio on instead of the television, if you find a good station that plays a mixture of different types of music, you get to hear some great tracks that you hadn't thought of for a while. Some of my favorite love songs were by ABBA, the sheer talent that they had and the range of the girls voices was amazing. I'm so pleased that they seem to remain popular.

For the all round feel good factor, hard choice, but I think it would be Telegraph Road by Dire Straits. I love songs that tell a story, this one tells a good one and it's very long, at least ten minutes. It just gets better every time I hear it.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
