What is your take on having an an autistic child in a mainstream daycare?

I despise it when teachers are not cut out to deal with kids with special needs. Your son obviously didn't know any better, so somebody should've been there to calm him down. Sometimes Autistic people just need time outside, and that teacher obviously sucks with Autistic people.

I wouldn't want your sons teacher to deal with my panic attacks from my Anxiety disorders. Anyways, if she does hit your child, then she could lose her job since it's illegal to hit a little kid as that would be considered "physical abuse" and she could get sued if she actually does it. The same goes for her threatening your child.

I hope this aids you! Edit: Perhaps the teacher was the exact reason why your child didn't want to be there? I don't blame him really.

Take him to a new daycare if you can.

Child protective services are for families only. Do NOT call child protective services. You have to call the department of human services in your local state, or city.

There is also an attorney for childcare center abuse.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
