What kind of events are better: exclusive events with a cover charge or open, free events?

I was in Hyde Park in 1969 watching the Stones for free, I've never paid, anywhere, anytime, to see a better event than that.

I refuse to pay a cover charge at bars, I know that much. Beer costs enough as it is, they don't need more money than that, and I doubt any act will be better than the beer.

Depends on the event, I've seen free concerts get really crowded.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
