What should happen to Adam Gadahn, the US-born Al Qaeda member who encouraged Muslims to attack his home country?

Adam Gadahn, the US-born Al Qaeda member who encouraged Muslims to attack his home country, could be sentenced with the death penalty if found guilty, since TREASON is a capital punishment. Since he is a U.S. citizen, the best legal route for him is to face trial as a citizen committing treason and punished according to America justice system. I think his offenses is very grave, because he was the latest US citizen to be charged with TREASON in the last 50 years.

The only consequence of his action is probably the Death Penalty, under current laws.

~endquote (law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/2381.html 1) The part of the sentencing recommendations describing a penalty of anything less than death for Adam Gadahn should not even be considered. This is a time of war and the worst kind of treason would be to incite the citizens of the United States to revolt with violence against the government. Asking Muslim Americans to rise against the country and to call a hero Maj.

Hasan is disgraceful and I feel worthy of a death sentence. ~A quote from Adam from his first video In the first video he made, he appeared with a head scarf masking his face and said he had "joined a movement waging war on America and killing large numbers of Americans." ~endquote (http://www.latimes.com/news/nation-and-world/la-fg-al-qaeda-arrest8-2010mar08,0,2316889.story 2) I am not always for the death penalty but I am always for the death an American turned Al-Qaeda propagandist looking to incite a war from within the country I live.

He is responsible for his words and actions and what they have created as action within any conspiracy against the United States and should be held accountable to the maximum extent.

Just sentence the man to death, shoot him, and be done with it. Although a part of us that seeks revenge want him to suffer as long as possible, it will create more problems in the long run. If he's imprisoned, either in maximum security prison or in hard labor prison, someone would bound to try to rescue him or he'll try to escape.
