I sold burpless cucumbers and white cucumbers for $1.00 each. I cut them up and let customers sample it, they taste so much better I have repeat customers all throughout the season. As far as tomatoes go, it depends on how early you get them, usually the earlier, the higher price you can get.
In our area it typically run somewhere between 2-3 dollars per pound for the heirloom varieties. I didn't sell a lot of peppers, especially the hot ones. I've heard someone in California roast their peppers in the market and they said it worked really well.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
