What show are you ashamed to admit you watch?

Sweetie, you need to go to a doctor again. What you are experiencing is VERY serious and as you have already experienced, you know a doctor and correct medication can control your condition. You have absolutely NOTHING to be ashamed about.

Your parents, on the other hand, should be ashamed for making you feel that way. You are not alone, there are many people who have the problems you have and it sounds like you have a good support network - in your boyfriend (sounds wonderful) and you probably have a friend or two who would not feel you are "nuts". In any event, the only way you will be able to "chill out" is with proper therapy.

Do not be ashamed of who you are. You sound like a wonderful person and I have always heard, "If you think you are crazy, you are not", it's the ones who think they are sane that are. LOL.

Your work does not have to know what doctor you are going to, you are not required to tell them that, merely that you have a doctor's appointment and if they ask, you can tell them "it's personal". Good Luck and God Bless You. I'm not massively religious, but I believe, so I have to tell you that.

Hmm.....honestly I don't think you're insane. I think maybe you feel that the whole world is out to get you. You have convinced yourself over time that nothing good is in store for you, only bad things.

Wake up! This is not true. Beat down the demon which is attempting to control you.

You must muster the strength to fight this curse, before it takes over your life. You don't want to loose everything because of your paranoia do you? Just think about the good things in your life as much as you can.

Train yourself into accepting the fact that you really are a happy individual, and you lead a reasonably normal life. You have a boyfriend that loves you, and a family as well. You have great friends, and you have alot to live for.

Also remind yourself that misfortunes come to all, but to those who search for them they are plentiful. Don't curse yourself with misfortune by seeking it out. As for death, it comes to us all....It isn't however, coming to you anytime soon....unless of course you worry yourself to death!

I am only kidding. Just take a breather, let yourself live a little. Things outside of the box are alot more funn!

Trust me, listen and you'll be free...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
