If Obama considered Benghazi a terrorist attack, he would've have called it a terrorist attack from the start, and not dance around the issue for weeks in the view, letterman, and univision promoting it as a spontaneous attack committed by anyone on the eve of 911 fueled by a video on day 1 even after the intelligence committee testified it was a terrorist attack. For weeks Obama staffers and Ambassador to U.N. Rice kept insinuating that it was incited by the video, not premeditate & preemptive, through all sunday news outlet, talk shows, and WH briefings kept referring to it as spontaneous to diminish the resurgence of Islamist (AL QUEDA) whose operative carried out the attack on the eve of 9/11 in memory of UBL. It took 3 weeks for the FBI to arrive in Libya after the ambassador's murder.

Focusing on the video threw more fuel to the fire than the video since its release months prior to throw attention away from mid east policy. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
