Great Britain made her last payment in 1966 Answer from what I have learned as a history major none of the major debtors have paid the U.S. Back in full...I could be wrong. But During WWII the U.S.Cut allot of the debts procurred so that the world economy would stay stable because the debts were well into the billions and this is well before Bill Gates's time. Think about inflation.
