Met, no...read extensively, yes. Do you realize that the models for climate change begin in 1880. Conveniently, when the industrial revolution began.
Interestingly, if you look back, you will see that the warming began about 1800 as we began to recover from the mini ice age. The warming trend began long before the carbon emissions. Wheat was grown in Greenland in the Middle Ages.
I'm far more concerned about toxins in our water and air than CO2. Just because I think global warming is bogus does not mean that we don't have huge environmental issues. But I'm far more concerned about heavy metals in the water and water poisoning like the one that occurred in West Virginia than I am with global warming.
Finally, all the global warming campaign has accomplished is to impede industry in the west and help China and India who don't give a rat's a?s. Even if global warming is real, the planet doesn't care if the west reduces its emissions since they are just relocated. The campaign just costs jobs, is based on false data and accomplishes nothing.
BTW, Al Gore had a $26,000 power bill. How do you even do that. That is the epitome of hypocrite.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
