What were some foreign policies and or goals that Great Britain had before World War 2?

British overseas policy in the 1930s During the Great Depression Britain 'sheltered' within the Empire and this policy of trying to strengthen the Empire (mainly economically) continued throughout the period. This preoccupation with the Empire encouraged a quasi-isolatist attitude towards Europe - with unfortunate results. In particular, in 1933-39 Britain never managed to take the initiative in Europe, but simply reacted to tler and other dictators Having said this, Britain did rearm on a significant scale in the 1930s.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
