What were the effects of Stalinism on the Soviet War Effort?

Many US industrialists made their fortunes, or at least increased them substantially, thanks to Hitler building his war machine. He may have been named Man of the Year for 1938, (Front cover of Time magazine, 2nd. January 1939) but after the annexation of Austria and the Sudetenland (part of what is now the Czech Republic) in 1938, at least one US citizen was beginning to feel a little uneasy about him.

In July 1938 President Franklin D. Roosevelt convened the Evian Conference. Hitler asked the participating countries to take the German Jews.

Of the 34 countries represented only the Dominican Republic offered to take 100,000. Hitler was heard to say something about hypocrits.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
