The amusing thing about your rant is that like literally 100% of ecological debacles, this WAS INDEED made more probable by Democrat policy AND made more severe by Democrat policy; as Obama himself personally demanded. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
