What would the typical stoner do if weed got legalized but costed double than when it wasn't legal?

The Dominican republic has enjoyed a pretty stable democratically elected government for a long time. Haiti suffered under the rule of crazy men such as Papa Doc and Baby Doc, these guys were terrible, apart from murdering hundreds of thousands they also plundered the nations wealth, Baby Doc was overthrown years ago but it is rumoured he fled to France with several hundred million dollars in suitcases, all stolen from the people of the Island, these guys are gone now but their legacy remains, apart from stealing all the money they left behind virtually no political structure at all, since they left anyone who wants any form of power simply arms the locals and forms a gang/street army, as such the last 20 years have been one of unrest and constant violence, no nation can function with such levels of corruption and violence and Haiti is a prime example.

It is quite simple... Haiti has had a Communist government since 1996. They have based their views and economy on that of Cuba. The Dominican Republic has a capitalist economy and bases their views squarely in the free-market.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
