We provide three (3) different types of antennas for permanant vehicle installations: Low Profile, Window-Mount, Covert (see the antenna spec sheet). We suggest using the Low Profile or Window-Mount for most installations. The Low Profile is usually used on more industrial type installations (heavy duty trucks, vans, etc.) and the Window Mount used for lighter vehicles (light duty trucks, vans, passenger cars).
The Window Mount is installed with heavy-duty 3M backing tape and the Low Profile requires a 3/8 hole to be drilled in the roof of the vehicle. The Low Profile is thus a more solid mount and not prone to any type of problem; whereas, the Window Mount could be vandalized. However, the Window Mounts outer glass whip is easily and economically replaceable.
We stock these mounts and they are relatively inexpensive (around $16) compared to the price of a completely new antenna. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
