What's this "pact with the devil" that Pat Robertson says caused Haiti's woes?

It's ridiculous to allege this earthquake stricken country(Haiti)to have a deal with the devil. We must condole them in their most horrible and tragic situation. They need our prayers not condemnation.

I'm a Muslim but my sympathy goes to all the victims of that devastating earthquake.

Literally MILLIONS of his followers immediately said "Amen" to those words as he spoke them. Meaning, they feel that way also. I spent the last 24 hours trying to come up with an insult that would adequately express my disgust at his words and I simply can't come up with anything that would be even CLOSE to adequate.

Pat Robertson is a $hitty excuse for a minister, a $hitty excuse for an American, and a $hitty excuse for a human being. His church needs to lose its tax exempt status PERMANENTLY and IMMEDIATELY and any followers that choose to remain loyal to him should be gathered together with HIM and handed picks and shovels and forced to dig through the collapsed buildings and not only rescue those who can be rescued but also by forced to rebuild the entire city of Port Au Prince, by hand. Maybe once that is done, they might be able to ask their perverted version of Jesus for mercy and forgiveness.

I urge every American to totally BOYCOTT the 700 Club and ALL of its sponsors and anyone that has ANYTHING to do with its production. PUt those a$$hats out of business for good. They do NOT represent America, do NOT represent Christ and do NOT represent Christianity as a whole.

That man has done MORE to harm the view of what it means to be a Christian in his tenure as a Minister than anything that your Satan could have ever hoped to accomplish. Christians, you need to weed out nuts like him from your midst BEFORE you decide to continue to "spread the word of God" to others. Otherwise, YOU have ZERO credibility whatsoever.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
