Yes, in so far as they were able to pass a bill in the House and send it to the Senate they have done what they said they were going to do. Democrats can run on ObamaCare in 2012, we'll see how that works out for them.

Well, it is an ongoing process. Right now we are waiting for the cases to work their way to the Supreme Court. Also the Health care program may be law, but that won't matter if Republicans cut the funding for it in the budget.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
